We are offering free shipping to UK mainland addresses on orders over £30.
We are also offering free shipping to Ireland and the Channel Islands for orders over £50.

*To receive Next Day delivery, all orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch our orders within 24 hours of purchase however some orders may ship from multiple locations so this may vary. To ensure you get your order on time please leave a mobile telephone number so our couriers can text you prior to delivery.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays so please take this into consideration when you are calculating the number of days it will take to receive your package.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All items must be returned to us with their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (except when a product is being returned as faulty). We also request that all products must be returned to us via recorded delivery. For more information go to our Returns page.

Refunding The Return Delivery Charge

We will refund the delivery charges, if we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty. Full details of the returns procedure will be sent to you by E-mail after we received your return request.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange and item, please log in to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and send us a return or exchange request, we will then send you a unique returns code by email. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund products which have been modified, in whole or in part. This does not affect your statutory rights.
